This Polestar Continuing Education course was developed by Birgit Scheefe and is aimed at all Pilates teachers who would like to develop lively and variation-rich Mat classes.
You will learn variations on well-known mat exercises and develop an understanding of how they can be built and implemented in your classes in order to best meet the needs of your clients. Variations can be used progressively, thus making exercises more difficult, but especially also regressively, in order to facilitate challenging exercises and make even courses for beginners more diverse. Most of the exercises will be without the help of small props.
In addition to our regular training courses, POLESTAR also invites internationally renowned Pilates protagonists or excellent specialists from other systems who enrich our work through special courses.
